I’m Rachael Hardway.
Born and bred in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I’m an artist’s advocate and internet geek with that seeks to fill your creative space with questions, ideas, and strategies. I've spent the last 2 years in Los Angeles, California and prior to that, 10 years in Brooklyn, New York. You can find me jumping down intellectual rabbit holes, hotly contesting point of origin assumptions, and obsessing until whatever problem at hand gets resolved.
It takes less than a minute of talking to see that my true passion and inspiration lies in music and creative direction, so aside from marketing unbridled awesomeness and telling bad jokes, I assist artists and brands in all things music marketing, brand development, or at the very least, much cooler playlists for myself and others. Music is my sanctuary.
Currently I oversee digital strategy at Saban Music Group. Prior to SMG, I spent over 8 years at Sony Music and RECORDS, LLC. I am also the owner and visionary behind the artist incubator and creative agency,
